Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers- Movie review

Chip and Dale are a well-known Disney cartoon duo, even if one doesn’t know about their series, will have the slightest nostalgia for them. Other than that, there aren’t any big fans I can think of who would be insulted by them. Everything is more suited to bromance, where John Mulaney and Andy Samberg can each voice Chip and Dale, as two estranged friends reunited after their showbiz careers failed when the actual show “Rescue Rangers” got cancelled. This is a kind of live-action reboot, complete with Chip as a 90s hand-drawn version that now sells insurance, while Samberg's Dale has become a self-established hotshot after getting a CGI surgery.

Honestly the film is a bit slow at the beginning of the film, but that is not a problem because in the middle and end of the film it is very fun. The film directed by Akiva Schaffer applies various Disney cartoon films as well as various animation styles according to the year (1990-2022).

What I love about this movie is that they combine all the characters from all over Disney animation from the 90s to the latest like Mr Incredible, ice age, peter pan, Phineas and Ferb and many more. This makes the audience reminisce about their childhood memories. Next, the thing I dislike about this movie is the human acting with the cartoon characters. Ellie Steckler played by Kiki Layne is a bit stiff but that doesn't affect the excitement of the film.

Finally, the rating for this Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers movie is 10/10 stars.
